Important Information for West Limestone of 2025

SENIOR PORTRAITS:

• Senior In-Studio Summer Reservations will be mailed May 1st
• Your senior will be automatically reserved with our Classic Session
• Our CLASSIC Session meets West Limestone's yearbook requirements.
• Yearbook selections will be due quickly after your session.
• Yearbook Submissions:  Your school requires a Formal TUX/DRAPE on our "Old Masters Formal Canvas Background" and ONE Casual from our studio for your Yearbook Selections
• Check out ALL of our Session Options-Pricing-Timeline-What to Expect located in our SENIOR GUIDE
• Senior Sessions can be UPGRADED by adding on with one of our Boutique Options or booking an Early Bird Session.
• Please CONFIRM your SENIOR SESSION by text or email.
• Final Day to be photographed is Dec 3rd-at West Limestone High School. 
• We will offer a formal and casual at school.  The fee is $55 and includes access to View, Select your Yearbook, and have the option to view and order.

SPORTS BANNERS:

• Our studio has the exclusive for Senior Banners
• Add a Senior Banner Session to your Senior Scheduled Session and make ONE trip. 
• FALL, BAND, WINTER and SPRING sports.
• BRING your GEAR to the Session and Uniform
• Sessions are FREE
• DEADLINE for Fall Sports is July 22
• We will photograph senior athletic banners at your school on a scheduled date prior to your season.  Fall Sports day is July 22, Winter Sports day is Nov 6th.  Spring Sports TBA.
• Should you book a FREE senior banner session, the Sports Banner Order is due at your session.
